Last year I was honored to collaborate with Tim Speno to develop and launch a ground-breaking mentoring program at the E2E Summit.
The objectives of the program were to:
Raise the awareness of mentoring as a must-have tool for personal and professional development.
Make an impact in the industry by offering individuals the opportunity to be matched with a mentoring partner and initiate a mentoring relationship utilizing the guidebook and templates in KJ Company Mentoring Toolkit.
The program achieved these objectives and more.
During my keynote address, I informed, inspired and empowered attendees with an understanding of mentoring, real world statistics on the impact of mentoring, best practices and tools to build their own personal mentoring journey and/or launch a mentoring initiative at their company.
In the mentoring program, we matched mentees with a mentor, provided guidelines for the mentoring meetings and empowered program participants through the power of mentoring.
