MENTEE WORKSHOP

In this workshop, focused on empowering the Mentee, Kathy Jo provides valuable insights from her own experience and mentoring best practices; using hands-on, actionable tools to walk you through the steps and worksheets you can use to identify, initiate and build a mentor relationship that's as individual as you are. MENTOR WORKSHOP

This workshop equips Mentors with the best practices and a toolkit for being an effective and highly impactful mentor.  It also provides mentors with the 4-step Mentee toolkit you can use to help your Mentees lead the relationship, so you (the mentor) can provide your insight and guidance, without having to lead the meetings. For companies or organizations, Kathy Jo will develop and implement a mentoring program that will enhance the leadership skills of your managers and improve employee engagement and retention.  This program begin with a pilot to establish metrics-ROI, as well as allow for feedback and modifications before full roll-out.
