Why KJ
I was fortunate to have a number of awesome mentors in my life and career. But I lucked into it. If I knew then what I know now, I would have been more intentional and deliberate in finding mentors and given more effort and commitment to make the most of those mentoring relationships.
My goal is to empower individuals and organizations to understand the value of mentoring and define a path to capitalize on these benefits.

Throughout her 30+ year career in the electrical industry, KJ has successfully built teams, and led a variety of businesses to deliver results.
She now provides coaching and mentoring to individuals at all stages of their careers with a primary focus on the Electrical industry.
