A 30+ year veteran of the Electrical Industry, I was very fortunate to have a number of mentors that helped me become the person and professional leader that I am. Recently retired from Southwire, I now focus my energy on empowering individuals to understand the value of mentoring and how to take a very intentional and deliberate approach to initiate and build mentoring relationships that are as individual as you are.
